Tayshas Award Master List
Selected by the Texas Library Association, "The goal of the TAYSHAS reading list is to motivate young adults to become lifelong readers and to participate in the community of readers in Texas" (TLA).
The CHS library, under the direction of Ashley Curry, is an informational and exploratory center where students are free to learn, create, and share information and where teachers and librarian can collaborate toward the ultimate goal of student success.
This library seeks to meet the needs of the school community by providing the best resources, supporting the curriculum in every instructional area, and accommodating the informational needs of the students and staff of Central High School.
